 - As long as you never study your Home Page or Wall and just look at the forums you are interested in then it's just like normal 'tecting forums but there are so many of them that you can home in on the ones that interest you. Stick to them and you don't need to concern yourself or even see the latest baby pics or what your mate had for breakfast on holiday!

Yep - I've set my preferences up just to email me when someone replies to one of the threads I'm interested in on the forums. No notifications for any personal stuff - works well.
